Delgado HR provides specialist HR, recruitment and administrative support for Court of Protection solicitors, case management companies, independent case managers and families responsible for managing complex care arrangements. With a strong understanding of the deputyship and case management sector, we help care teams stay compliant, organised and stable – ensuring clients receive consistent, person-centred care.

Delgado HR was founded by Virginia Delgado, a qualified teacher and CIPD Level 5 professional in People Management.
